Solvd Air may collect contact information, company information, project locations, access notes, requested services, reference file names, communications, and project-delivery records when you request or manage an assignment.

Private project rooms may record owner brief approvals, change requests, published deliverables, timeline updates, and payment-link status.

Information is used to review feasibility, define scope, plan access and scheduling, communicate project status, prepare deliverables, operate the client portal, and maintain business records.

Project information is not sold. Service providers may process limited data when required for hosting, storage, communications, authentication, or payments.

Private project links use hard-to-guess tokens. Published private assets may be delivered through expiring signed URLs. Clients are responsible for sharing project links only with approved stakeholders.

No internet-based system is guaranteed to be completely secure. Solvd Air uses reasonable operational and technical controls appropriate to the configured service environment.

Project and communication records may be retained for operational, contractual, accounting, and compliance purposes. Retention periods may vary by assignment.

To request access, correction, or deletion where applicable, contact Solvd Air through the project request form and identify the relevant project or communication.
