Why this exists

The flight is only valuable when the record helps someone make a decision.

01

See the whole property

Understand rooflines, access, facades, parking, approaches, and surrounding context without rebuilding the picture from ground photos.

02

Keep a visual history

Compare repeatable angles across milestones, repairs, occupancy changes, or recurring property reviews.

03

Send a complete handoff

Give owners, contractors, managers, and clients the same organized record instead of a loose folder and an explanation.

Before you request

Straight answers before a drone is scheduled.

How much does residential documentation cost?

Residential assignments start at $400. Final pricing depends on location, access, airspace, site size, and requested deliverables.

Do I need to be on site?

Often no. We confirm access, boundaries, and the questions the record should answer before scheduling.

What happens if the weather changes?

We monitor conditions and reschedule when wind, visibility, or site conditions would compromise safety or the usefulness of the record.

When will I receive the files?

Most assignments are usually delivered within 24 hours, when weather and airspace allow. Complex reports and recurring programs follow an agreed delivery schedule.

Can I use the images for an insurance claim?

You can share the visual record with your insurer or qualified specialist, but Solvd Air does not make insurance, roofing, engineering, or legal conclusions.

Where do you operate?

Los Angeles, Orange County, Inland Empire, Ventura County, and other Southern California locations by request.

How are files delivered?

Approved photos, video, reports, 360 views, and supported 3D embeds are organized in a private project link.
