Scope and owner brief

Each assignment is governed by the agreed scope, owner brief, quote, and any project-specific written terms. The owner brief records the intended use, priority areas, exclusions, access, expected deliverables, and approved stakeholders before field activity.

Schedule, capture plan, and deliverables may change when weather, airspace, access, safety, equipment, or legal requirements affect the assignment.

Access, permissions, and lawful use

Clients are responsible for confirming property access rights and permitted use of delivered media unless otherwise agreed in writing. Some assignments may require airspace authorization, site permission, insurance documentation, or local permits.

Solvd Air may delay, modify, or decline activity when conditions or approvals do not support safe and lawful operation.

Visual documentation boundaries

Drone deliverables are visual documentation unless a specialized service is expressly stated in writing. They are not a substitute for licensed roofing, engineering, surveying, legal, insurance, agricultural, or emergency services.

Survey-grade mapping, engineering conclusions, diagnostics, and other regulated outputs must be performed by or under qualified professionals where required.

Private links and deliverables

Clients must protect private project links and distribute them only to approved stakeholders. Availability periods, download access, revision scope, and archive retention may be defined per assignment.

Payment terms, cancellation terms, ownership, and permitted media use are defined in the applicable quote, invoice, contract, or project agreement.
